This month we have 2 very successful flippers that will be on a panel that will talk about deals they are doing and have an open question/answer time from the audience.
Speaker 1: Jim Keller
25 yrs in the Construction, Lending, Real Estate Sale, and Investing. I have been an active fix and flip investor since 2012 and in 2016 completed 18 flips. Today we have 14 active flips and 8 escrows to be closed.
Speaker 2: Ash Ghoads
Ash Ghods is a full time Orange County real estate investor and specializes in fix and flips. Ash received his real estate brokers license in 2011 and started his own real estate brokerage. After earning his MBA from USC in 2015, he decided to focus more on real estate investing as was able to successfully find the financial backing he needed to follow his passion of flipping homes. His flipping skills and track record have attracted more investor funds and he is aiming for a break-out year in which he hopes to complete 12-15 successful flips in 2017. He is extremely passionate about what he does and he loves to motivate and help other investors get out there and make their dreams come true.
